These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of promotional products and services by Echo Promotional. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. QUOTATIONS & PRICING
All quotes are valid for a limited period unless otherwise stated. Prices may change due to supplier costs, currency fluctuations, or material availability.
3. ORDERS & APPROVALS
Orders are confirmed once written approval is received. Customers are responsible for approving artwork and specifications before production.
4. PRODUCTION & LEAD TIMES
Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to supplier, manufacturing, or logistical factors. Echo Promotional is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.
5. BRANDING & ARTWORK
Customers warrant that supplied artwork does not infringe intellectual property rights. Echo Promotional is not responsible for errors in approved artwork.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms are specified on invoices. Orders may require full or partial payment before production.
7. DELIVERY & RISK
Risk transfers to the customer upon dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates only.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Echo Promotional’s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied, except where prohibited by law.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
Echo Promotional is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & ORDER CONDITIONS

1. CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Due to the customised nature of branded promotional products, returns or refunds are generally not available unless goods are faulty or not supplied as agreed.
2. FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS
Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Evidence may be required.
3. PROOF APPROVAL
Once artwork is approved, Echo Promotional is not responsible for errors in approved proofs.
4. CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
5. VARIATIONS
Minor variations in colour, size, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.
6. REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
