Variable-data printing (VDP)
(Also known as variable-information printing (VIP) or VI) is a form of digital printing, including on-demand printing, in which elements such as text, graphics and images may be changed from one printed piece to the next, without stopping or slowing down the printing process and using information from a database or external file.
For example, a set of labels, each with the same basic layout, can be printed with a different name on each label. Variable data printing is mainly used for direct marketing, customer relationship management, advertising, invoicing and applying addressing on selfmailers, brochures or postcard campaigns.

PRICE INCLUDES FOUR COLOUR PROCESS PRINT. Initial set-up charge applies. Bottled Water is GST free. Labelling, Personalisation & Freight are subject to GST. Repeat setup charge $35.00(G) per imprint colour/position. Production time begins after all approvals.
Variable data available on In Stock quantities at $0.63(G) per unit plus $60(G) set up.
For Bottled Water going into SA, please add $0.19(G) per unit to each bottle for compulsory EPA regulations for recycling in SA.
Please make sure to specify this at the time your order is placed and HCLA will make sure the appropriate information is included on your labels.
*Please note quantities of 2,500 units or more will require 3 – 5 days production from art approval.
